Commissions

You will receive instant commissions through AlertPay when new members join and you are an Ad Holder on that page. All FullBux Viral Ads Members will have an AlertPay Personal Pro or Business Account! You cannot receive payments without one! You will also need to have your Alertpay account approved by Alertpay (instructions are at the top of your members area) to accept credit cards within 7 business days of joining, please forward a copy of your approval email to: admin@fullbux.info. If I have NOT received it within the alloted time, your account will be LOCKED (will not be shown) until you do forward your approval email, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Number of Accounts

You can create up to 2 accounts, you will have to contact Admin before doing so for the proper procedure. You will need 2 different email addresses assigned to your AlertPay account and 2 different usernames, so please have these ready before contacting Admin, thank you.

By joining FullBux Viral Ads, you agree to accept emails from the Admin, these could be for important site information or various sites the Admin thinks you may benefit from, please whitelist: admin@fullbux.info

Refund Policy

Since ALL commissions are paid directly to each member and you are purchasing advertising, there will be NO Refunds given.

NO Autoresponders, Bounced Emails or Boxbe Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces, sends back a message with an autoresponder or requires the Admin to manually approve a Boxbe request, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals will be lost and no money paid will be refunded if your account is deleted and your referral(s) will be assigned to other member(s). 

Liability

FullBux Viral Ads is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote their offers on the Internet. FullBux Viral Ads does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from joining FullBux Viral Ads, any examples given are just that, examples of possible returns based on the information given.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your AlertPay account is correct and you have a Personal Pro or Business account. Payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

SPAM

FullBux Viral Ads has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include FullBux Viral Ads's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists, Text Ad Exchanges and Traffic Exchanges are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for FullBux Viral Ads in emails.

To use the FullBux Viral Ads name and URL via purchased commercial bulk email lists.
 

 FullBux Viral Ads considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by FullBux Viral Ads terms of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit FullBux Viral Ads's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

FullBux Viral Ads reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, FullBux Viral Ads reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a Member of FullBux Viral Ads, you agree to all of the above terms of service.
